Can I use Zeno for a site hosted on WordPress.com?

No, Zeno theme only works with the self-hosted version of WordPress and not with sites hosted on wordpress.com.

Is Zeno compatible with the latest WordPress version?

Yes, Zeno theme is periodically updated to be compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

Do you have any guarantee that I will make money with your product?

No, both the Personal license and the Developer license are valid for life.

Can I use Zeno for my existing store?

Zeno was not designed to be compatible with other themes or plugins with a similar purpose and we recommend you to start with a fresh WordPress installation. We cannot give you any guarantees that Zeno will work with your current store.

Do I need an additional plugin to be able to import product to my store?

No, Zeno is a theme for WordPress and not a standalone PHP script.

I can’t activate my license, what should I do?

If for any reasons you have problems in activating your theme, you need to send us a support ticket. We will help you as fast as we can.

I found a bug/error. What should I do?

I you are getting errors or notice things that are not in place, or options that do not work as it should, you need to create a new support ticket. Try to describe the issue in detail and when it occurred. It will be great if you attach a screenshot.

I’m not pleased with my purchase and I want a refund. What should I do?

Zeno theme is backed up by a 60 days money back guarantee. You can ask for a full refund within this period if for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase. After this period (60 days from the initial purchase), you cannot ask for a refund. To ask for a refund, please contact us.

How much time should I wait till I get an answer to my support ticket or email?

It usually takes less than 24 hours to receive a reply to a support ticket or an email. However, in certain situations: like weekends, holidays, etc., it can take more time to receive an answer.
